The Panhellenic Council's formal sorority recruitment process at USC allows girls interested in joining a sorority to meet each chapter over a period of several days, culminating in Greek bid night. Sorority recruitment at USC includes multiple rounds, through which new members narrow their choices in a mutual selection process to find the chapter in which they feel most at home. All throughout the process, girls going through recruitment have recruitment counselors to guide them and answer any questions they may have.
The sorority recruitment rounds at USC are as follows:

Being a part of the sorority life here at USC - and especially being a member of Pi Beta Phi - has made college life not only fun but incredibly meaningful. Pi Phi has given me a home away from home, with friends who become sisters. There is no "cookie-cutter" Pi Phi, and in our chapter, we make sure each member is living to their fullest potential through the wonderful opportunities and support system we create within the chapter. Our members are involved with a multitude of outside activities, including Trojan Dance Force, Song Girls, athletics, Joint-Educational Project, Best Buddies, Undergraduate Student Government, and so much more.
Although USC Formal recruitment may seem intimidating at first, I highly encourage you to participate this year, even if you may be skeptical about joining the sorority life. I fully stand by the fact that the Greek community has a place for everyone. Simply going through the recruitment process will bring you many memories and friends - some of my best friends were made on the very first day of recruitment. I cannot begin to express how incredible, fulfilling, and fun sorority life can be. I look forward to meeting you in our beautiful home this fall!
Pi Phi Love,
